Morts & More operates as a private client advisory.
The work focuses on helping senior professionals align how they show up with the level they’re operating at — so their presence reinforces credibility, confidence, and authority rather than distracting from it.
Wardrobe is one of the tools used, but it is not the product.
The work is advisory-led and outcome-focused.
The work is designed to remove guesswork and reduce decision fatigue. It follows a defined process, tailored to the specific demands of your role, responsibilities, and environment.
We begin with a private audit focused on your role, visibility, calendar, and the environments you operate in. The aim is to identify where appearance may be working against you and where it needs to be more intentional.
From the audit, a clear strategy is defined. This outlines what you need to wear, when, and why, aligned to your responsibilities rather than trends or personal preference alone.
Once direction is agreed, I guide the execution. This may involve tailoring, sourcing, refinement, or adjustments, all handled efficiently and with minimal demand on your time.
The outcome is a wardrobe that works as a system. Decisions become simple, consistency improves, and your presence supports the level you’re operating at without requiring ongoing attention.
• You’ve stepped into a role with greater responsibility or visibility
• You operate in senior client, board, investor, or public-facing environments
• You want consistency and clarity rather than ongoing decisions
• You value discretion, efficiency, and considered advice
• You’re not interested in trends, styling, or performative fashion
• One-off outfit purchases or event-only styling
• Fast fashion or trend-led wardrobes
• Price-led decisions
• Clients looking for retail experiences or browsing
• Anyone unsure they want guidance or structure
If you recognise yourself in the first list, the process tends to work very well.
The audit is a focused, one-to-one conversation designed to understand your role, responsibilities, and environments. It’s used to determine whether the process is a good fit, and what meaningful work would look like.
I only take on a limited number of private clients at any one time to ensure the work remains considered and effective.
